dude you need a good vpn use pia Anonymous no-log VPN Service from Private Internet Access and swgold is ok i guess sellix.io/Swgold or use the altening shop but i wouldn't recommend it because of how expensive it is

it depends on the server on hypixel i've been using 3.8 - 3.6 - 3.7 for months and haven't been banned just dont go past 4.0 and you should be good but if you're worried just use 3.4 reach doesn't really matter watchdog sucks lol

i think on_swing extends your reach immediately and on_hit extends your reach when you hit someone i use on_swing and it works better for me
