whats the difference between buying an access key, and buying the client? ik the access key is 6 dollars more, but which one do i buy?

so lets say i buy this client (which i will once i get the money) can i use it on hypixel, but only use, lets say, anti kb, or velo, or something that isnt as detectable as kill aura or reach, will i get banned, or will i be able to play the game normally as i play rn? would watchdog eventually ban me, or would it just bypass altogether?
