Firstly, this post just sounds really fucked up. Secondly, theirs only 2 staff doing tickets so be patient. And thirdly, complaining on the forums won't help.

Reasons this occurs could include: You're not logged in on the right browser (Astolfo will use whatever browser is set as your default browser in your Default Apps settings, if you're using Cookie Alts make sure it's set to Firefox). You're not logged into the correct Microsoft account. The login request timed out (this can happen because of very slow internet or usage of a VPN). Reaching the blank webpage is what's supposed to happen and the client will attempt to log into the account after that. If the client is not giving you any notification telling you why it failed then it's likely the login request has timed out.

There are only 2 staff that do tickets right now (Brick and Voltz) and they both work full time jobs. Be patient, ranting about it on the forums will not help.
