poptroiu1 Posted September 3, 2023 Posted September 3, 2023 I'm trying to add one of my accounts to the alt manager, I add the account using the Microsoft option, it brings me to this webpage that asks me if this app can access my info and stuff, I click accept, and it brings me to some empty webpage and nothing happens. zarzel_pls_update_astolfo Posted September 3, 2023 Posted September 3, 2023 Reasons this occurs could include: You're not logged in on the right browser (Astolfo will use whatever browser is set as your default browser in your Default Apps settings, if you're using Cookie Alts make sure it's set to Firefox). You're not logged into the correct Microsoft account. The login request timed out (this can happen because of very slow internet or usage of a VPN). Reaching the blank webpage is what's supposed to happen and the client will attempt to log into the account after that.
