anyone got good blockmc configs that fully bypass?

I have a friend that has rise and he said that his shit worked entirely when he turned it on in a skywars match so im wondering if i have to do that or not

Do you turn the disabler on ingame or when you join the server since some of the disabler options either time me out or get me kicked since too many packets?
