Just because it's not on the list, doesn't mean it works. The only VPN I recommend is VyprVPN, It's pretty good for Minecraft in general. if you decide to use anything else, don't complain about the bans you're causing.
I also suggest you change your IP every 3 times if your going to use alts. It's also a bad idea to use the fastest server / quick connect option. just pick your own server from the list. Also, hypixel previously let you get into the lobby if the IP was banned, they removed this and now there is no basically no way to tell if the alt was banned or if the IP is banned, so make sure to change your IP after 3 attempts MAX.
