    Hello. This issue may be caused if you are not using a migrated account when you try to log on to Premium servers. Try migratating your account (https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/4403181904525-How-to-Migrate-Your-Mojang-Account-to-a-Microsoft-Account for help), then, login via microsoft on astolfo, and rejoin the server. In case that didn't work, you should try to contact administration support (https://www.astolfo.lgbt/forums/support/) They could help you solve your problem too. Hope this helped
