i been using astolfo for a pretty decently long time i decided to get back on it login and acc and go play or a hvh svr however i keep getting this whenever i try to join ANy server any fixes?

by another pc i mean a pc that i own not a friends or etc

i recently got onto another pc after mine broke down and due to that i cannot use the other pc so i need a hwid reset to be able to use the client on this pc i can show proof of , my other pc being broken down via discord, threw my linked discord account
